Where can I drop off my sewing machine for service ?
You can leave your machine at any of the shops listed in the drop off locations page of this website, please take note of the opening times.
What do I need to include with my machine when dropping off ?
You should include the foot control pedal and power lead, bobbin and bobbin case, a needle and sewing feet.
How long does a service usually take and what happens if there is a fault that is not covered in the service?
A service usually takes a week from the time it arrives in the workshop, any repairs that may exceed the price of a service will be quoted before proceeding, and communicated at the initial assessment stage.
Are you able to collect a sewing machine from my home?
We can collect your machine by arrangement if you are unable to get it to a drop off location, but this may incur an additional fee and is subject to your location and availability.
