I recently used Sewing Machine Services for the first time and would thoroughly recommend the business. Paul looked at two Frister Rossmann machines and was generous with his time explaining the various options when it was clear that replacement parts were required in addition to a service. He kept in regular contact and costs were clearly laid out in advance. The drop-off and pick-up service worked efficiently also.
